OfferCheck is a deal-economics calculator for creators. You can use it without an account. This page explains exactly what we do with the information you give us.
The offer text you paste
Offer text is processed to extract deal terms. The raw text is not retained after parsing. Confirmed structured fields and calculations may be stored so your result can be reopened.
To read an offer we send the text you paste to our AI parsing provider once, in the moment you press “Analyze my offer”, with retention turned off. We ask you not to paste personal information that the analysis does not need.
What we store
- The confirmed deal fields you reviewed: pay, commission, deliverables and scope terms.
- The assumptions you entered: project hours, target hourly rate, comparison fee, sales scenario.
- The calculated Deal Math result and the random link token that reopens it.
- Whether the analysis has been paid for, and the payment reference from our payment provider.
Your result link contains a long random token. Anyone who has the link can open that result, so treat it as private.
What we never store
- The raw pasted email, DM or brief.
- Card or bank details. Payments are handled entirely by our payment provider, Whop.
- Passwords, because OfferCheck has no accounts.
Payments
A full Deal Math unlock is a one-time $7.99 USD purchase processed by Whop. Whop receives the payment information you enter and tells us only whether a payment succeeded. Their handling of your payment details is covered by Whop’s own privacy policy.
Analytics
We record anonymous product events such as “an analysis was saved” or “checkout was opened” so we can see where the product is confusing. Offer text, deal content and personal messages are never sent to analytics.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete a stored analysis at any time. Email support@getoffercheck.com with the result link and we will remove it.
