Payment went through but the result is still locked

Open your result link again — every visit re-checks the payment with our payment provider, so the full Deal Math appears as soon as the purchase is confirmed. If it is still locked after a few minutes, email us with the result link and we will unlock it or refund you.

The parsed offer was wrong

Every field on the confirm step is editable, and nothing is calculated until you press “Looks right”. Correct any field the parser misread — your edits are what the math uses.

A field says “Not stated”

That means the offer never mentioned it. It does not mean “no”. Ask the brand, then enter what they tell you.

Delete my analysis

Send us the result link and we will delete the stored analysis. The pasted offer text was never stored in the first place.

Refunds

If OfferCheck did not deliver the full Deal Math you paid for, email us and we will refund the $7.99.
