By using OfferCheck you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the product.
What OfferCheck does
OfferCheck reads a brand offer you paste, asks you to confirm the deal terms, and then calculates the economics of that deal using the numbers you provide. Calculations are performed in code, not by AI.
What OfferCheck is not
OfferCheck provides educational financial calculations and business-decision support. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. OfferCheck does not determine your universal market rate or predict future sales. Results depend on the deal information and assumptions you provide.
OfferCheck does not tell you whether a contract term is legally enforceable, does not set a universal market rate, and does not predict how many sales a campaign will make.
Your responsibility for the inputs
Results depend entirely on the deal fields you confirm and the assumptions you enter. AI extraction can misread an offer, which is why every field is editable before any math runs. Please check the numbers before you rely on them, and never treat “not stated” as agreement to anything.
Purchases
- A full Deal Math unlock is a one-time $7.99 USD purchase. There is no subscription.
- Payment is processed by Whop and unlocks the single analysis you paid for.
- Your unlocked result stays available at its result link, and you can edit your own assumptions.
- If something goes wrong with a purchase, email support@getoffercheck.com and we will make it right, including a refund where the product failed to deliver what you paid for.
Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to break, scrape, overload or resell the service, and do not paste content you do not have the right to share.
Availability and liability
OfferCheck is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the analysis in question.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product develops. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
